You’ve heard of the Singapore Sling.
This is the Singapore Slingshot.
This short video was inspired by the opening titles from the 2011 movie Limitless. I had quite a few wide angle perspective shots laying around from my trip to Singapore which were ideal to create this super zoom effect.... the slingshot.

Using Adobe After Effects and Photoshop the effect came together nicely. It literally feels like a slingshot straight through the heart of this amazing and wondrous city.
